Penthouse Casasuenia

The gîte (102 m²) with private entrance and parking, is the former barn of a périgourdine-style house.
 
The ground-floor harbors the well-equipped kitchen, a toilet and a spacious living and dining area.
Kitchen: gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, all cook and kitchen tools and supplies like towels, table cloths etc.
 
A large living room offers TV-DVD sattelite, radio CD, books and information about the area.
 
Two large bedrooms with each an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink and a toilet are on the first floor. Fresh linen and towels are in the rooms and will be changed and refreshed at the start of the second week of your stay.

The 2 bedrooms can accomodate 4 to 5 people. There is a convertable sofa in the living room.​
 
A pliable baby- and/or children’s bed and high chair are available. 
 
The house has central heating in all rooms.
 
The swimming pool is 5 by 10 meters and has an alarm system. The terrace lends itself well for sunset BBQs. There’s garden furniture available.

All are completely and only at the disposal of the customer.
 
The owner lives discreetly on the site of the gîte.
