General Terms and Conditions.
1. Reservations
Reservations will only be confirmed when the house is available.
2. Arrival and departing
There will be someone to welcome you and to make you familiar with the house and the environment. The same person needs to be paid upon arrival and also carries a signed copy of this document. Then you get the keys to the gîte. We ask you to leave a clean house behind at the end of the week.
3. Cancellation
Should you need to cancel you booking for any reason, the following charges apply:

3 months and more: – 15%

2 months and more: – 50%

1 month and more: – 75%

less than 1 month: – 90%
-
cancelling the day of arrival: – 100%
4. Booking
Use of water, electricity, heating, taxes, bed linen and towels is included in the price.
5. Liability
We cannot be held responsible for the personal safety and security of guests (or their belongings). You remain responsible for your own personal safety at all times. Children should be supervised by an adult at all time, particularly in and around the pool area.
You are responsible for any damage to the property, we cannot claim damage caused by guests under our insurance. It is therefore essential that you verify your personal insurance covers you for accidental damage and personal accident and personal liability
6. Occupancy
Only the number of people stated on the booking form may occupy the property, even if the maximum occupancy is not reached
7. Behaviour
We hope that you will have consideration for our neighbours. Should we consider your behaviour to be unacceptable, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the gite. No refunds will be made.
